We made our gluten-free with GF flour and it was still TO DIE FOR. This is definitely being added to our Christmas traditions.

Really delicious, especially the sauce. I made it with no exceptions, but next time I might try making it with a custard as well though. Really filling and satisfying.
This is delicious! It tastes almost exactly like the Sticky Toffee Pudding we had in a pub in Ireland. Thanks for posting this recipe is definitely a keeper.
Yummy! My husband and I had English Toffee Pudding at Claim Jumper a couple of weeks ago so I decided I'd give it a try myself. Turned out better than I expected. I'm not a big fan of dates so I just chopped mine real fine and it gave it the perfect amount of chewiness. Delicious!
Everything took a bit longer for me (took ~48 minutes to bake through and sauce took longer than 5 minutes to thicken) but in the end it was perfect!
Great! I am from the UK and this reminded me of stopping at a pub in Scotland to have some Sticky Toffee pudding with custard....Although we prefer golden raisins in place of dates...we also added a little molasses...Great with vanilla ice cream, custard or by itself! So easy!
I had this first from whole foods and decided to try to make it spur of the moment--I had everything but the cream, so I used whole milk. It was delicious, but not quite as good as the one I had tried before. I am going to make it again with cream.. and maybe double the sauce. (I had a hard time knowing when the sauce was ready, but that was probably due to my milk subsitution... it didn't ever really get fudgy.) I made it for some friends and everyone loved it! Served with whipped cream and vanilla icecream. you definitely need to eat it warm...and share with friends so you don't eat it all yourself. :)
