Salty and sweet.....creamy and crunchy! I used store bought red pepper jelly. Would probably be great with homemade jelly.

I LOVED this! The sweet/salty/spicy all works so well together. I didn't have red pepper jelly so I used grape jelly that I mixed with some dried jalapenos. Worked great, but I know the red pepper jelly would have been awesome :)

Directions

  1. Fry bacon and set aside.
  2. Split english muffins in half and toast.
  3. Spread each muffin half with cream cheese and then add jelly and top with bacon pieces.
