  • Mix cinnamon and sugar.
  • Spread butter on the cut side of the 4 halves of the toasted muffins.
  • Place bananas on the buttered muffins top with the cinnamon and sugar mixture.
  • Adjust cinnamon and sugar to your taste.

  1. Yum, Yum, Yum,. Love brekky's like this. Some of favorite foods. Toasted CINNAMON Raisin english muffins, CINNAMON, bananas's and I used crunchy peanut butter instead of butter. FABULOUS. Always a winner!! Made for April's Spice of the Month 08'
