  1. Lightly toast muffin halves. Spread each half with mustard. Top with ham and gruyere cheese and grill/broil under medium low heat 2-3 minutes until bubling. (watch carefully).

wonderful light lunch sandwich, will make it often.

The DM has just devoured this as a light lunch and loved it - a definite keeper. Though I did have to use Jarlsberg cheese. Made for 123 Hit Wonders 2008.
