- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 (20 ounce) can enchilada sauce
- 8 whole wheat tortillas
- Brown beef.
- Add in onion.
- Layer in warm tortilla.
- Top with sauce and cheese.
- Warm in 350 oven for 10 minutes.
