      Delicious, I did make it with shredded beef I cooked in a crock pot instead of ground beef, also added green chiles to the beef mixture.

      Dh liked these, at first I didn't much care for them but they grew on me as the meal went on. They were a bit dry so next time I would add more salsa. Thanks for a new twist on a meal we have often.

      Very Very Good. The only thing different I did was to 1/2 the recipe and also used half-n-half in place of the whipping cream. A nice evening supper. Made for PRMR.~

      I really loved the extras in the sauce! Thickening, and adding cumin and cream made these some of the best beef enchiladas I have every had! Thanks for sharing this twist on one my favorite dinners! Made for New Kids on the Block tag game.
