This will become a favorite quick family meal! So easy and so fast!
- 8 ounces corn chips
- 2 cans chili beans
- 1⁄2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 can enchilada sauce (pour over)
- 1 lb sour cream
- shredded cheddar cheese
- In a 13x9 inch pan, layer in order of recipe.
- Bake at 350* for 30 minutes.
This was a great QUICK meal. We loved the tast that it had, and it was on the table in less than 30 minutes! I think next time I will try some ground beef in it, but it was good without!
