- 29.58 ml olive oil
- 1 large onion
- 1 large carrot
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 354.88 ml mushrooms, coarsely chopped
- 236.59 ml firm tofu, mashed
- 236.59 ml cooked brown rice
- 157.80 ml tomato juice
- 14.79 ml flax seed meal
- 1.23 ml thyme (all herbs were dried)
- 4.92 ml basil
- 4.92 ml parsley
- 1.23 ml oregano
- 59.14 ml vital wheat gluten
- 29.58 ml ketchup
- 29.58 ml tamari
- salt & pepper
directions
- Preheat oven at 350°F.
- Sauté veggies in olive oil until soft, transfer to large mixing bowl.
- Mix in remaining ingredients (adding more flax meal or rice if too runny).
- Press mixture into baking pan and cook 45 minutes, let cool 10 minutes before serving.
