This one is great if you don't have much in the houes - usually you have lime juice and mint!

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 750 ml red wine (this is your typical bottle of wine)
  • 4 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 12 tablespoons sugar
  • random fresh fruit (I like to use frozen peaches and berries)
  • mint leaf

Directions

  1. Mix all but the mint leaf and let it chill. I would let the mix sit and soak for at least 30 minutes to enhance the flavor. Please note, the ingredients do not have to be precise. This is a hard to mess up recipe.
  2. Pour over ice, add mint leaf, and serve!
