  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 14 cup water
  • cornstarch, to prevent dough from sticking
  • oil (for deep frying)

  • Sift together flour, walt, and sugar. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, combine egg yolks, water, and cooking oil.
  • Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Mix thoroughly.
  • Knead until dough is smooth and satiny.
  • Cover and let rest for 1 hour.
