This delicious peach crisp is named after my daughter because my mom made it the day I brought her home from the hospital. It has fond memories for me and a great taste that we have repeated many times since.

This is an excellent peach crisp!!! I am on weight watchers so I lightened it up by using spenda i in place of the white sugar, and splenda brown sugar blend in place of the regular brown sugar. Used light margarine (I can't believe it's not butter light) . Baked for 35 minutes instead of 45min.
I did add 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice to the peach mixture , and will probably cut back the brown sugar to 1/2-3/4 cup next time. Overall it was supreme :) really delicious . Wish I could afford to make it exactly as called for but, honestly don't think it could taste better. Thank you such great peach recipe.

We made this for our family vacation on Father's Day. It was amazing! We used fresh peaches and topped with ice cream. The topping was excellent. Thanks for the great recipe!

Update: Today, I tried this using canned peaches and it was still very good. I used one 28oz can and one 14 oz can of peaches plus about 1/4 cup of the canned juice. Excellent crisp! Aug 5, 2008 What a tasty little treat! I bought some peaches at the farmer's market and thought that a "crisp" sounded like a great idea since it is raining and nasty outside. I like to try recipes that have not yet been rated and since yours was low in fat it really appealed to me. I cut the sugar back to 5 tbsp and reduced the almond extract to 1/4 tsp as I was afraid it would be too strong a flavour. It would have been fine with the 1/2 tsp of extract though so next time I will leave as is. Thx for the simple recipe, it was enjoyed by all of us.
