Emiliano's Tuna and Bacon Rolls

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 8 ounces/ 225 g bacon
  • 1 pound/ 454 g fresh tuna, cubed
  • 1 cup/ 250 ml barbecue sauce, homemade (or store-bought)
  • 12 cup/ 125 ml orange juice
  • salt & freshly ground black pepper


  1. Wrap the bacon around the pieces of tuna and secure with toothpicks.
  2. Fry in a nonstick pan or wok over medium-high heat on all sides until the bacon becomes crispy.
  3. Remove from the pan and discard any excess fat.
  4. Add the barbecue sauce and orange juice.
  5. Add the reserved bacon-wrapped tuna bites to the pan and continue cooking until the sauce thickens, about 5 minutes. Serve warm.
