This dressing is used to make reuben sandwiches or to top a salad or seafood.
- 236.59 ml mayonnaise
- 59.14 ml chili sauce
- 14.79 ml minced yellow onion
- 14.79 ml minced celery
- 14.79 ml minced parsley
- 14.79 ml heavy cream
- 2.46 ml dry mustard
- 2.46 ml emeril's red pepper sauce or 2.46 ml hot sauce
- 0.25 ml sugar
- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and whisk until well blended. Adjust the seasoning to taste.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
