Fantastic Recipe!! I used a spoon or so extra butter and half and half, because I didn't have cream. And being Italian, I added about 1/4 cup grated Parmeseano Ramano cheese!! I also used some cornstarch to help it thicken. I used a bag of chopped spinach and boiled it completely first before straining out the water. I was GREAT! Thanks for posting.

I love, love, loved this recipe! The creamed spinach was much better than anything you'd be served at a high quality restaurant or Boston Market. I did not have mini casserole dishes, so I put the mix in a baking dish, and it came out just fine. I used two boxes of chopped frozen spinach, and drained it well after reading the reviews. I will definitely make this recipe again; it was absolutely delicious!

This is a delicious, creamed spinach dish. I substituted jalapeno cheddar (to give it an extra kick) for regular cheddar and decreased the cream volume to make it less watery. I'd also recommend pre-cooking the spinach and removing the water. I'd imagine that a drop of white truffle oil would make this a truly gourmet side dish.

Excellent flavor. The only trouble I had was it was too watery due to the spinach and I only had 10 ounces of cheese. Next time I will put the spinach in boiling water for a couple of minutes and then drain and chop as my third step. Despite that, the liquid was yummy too. I am going to serve this to family tomorrow and I know it will be adored by all. Thanks!

Even my toddler loved this spinach! I wouldn't change anything in the recipe as it is perfect as is. Thanks for sharing this!

Not a lot of flavor...and I didn't think the cheddar cheese was very complimentary. Also, this dish had way more fluid than I would have expected. I like a firmer and less "saucy" presentation of Creamed Spinach...oh well, off to try the next recipe...

I went my own direction with this to save time and calories but used the basics. I used condensed milk instead of cream. Used a bit less cheese & didn't put it in the oven (I wanted to eat sooner than later!) But wow, good stuff will redo again. Next time I would thicken the milk a bit with flour

This was a fantastic dish, both my husband & I loved it! We did a smaller portion on this dish (enough for 2) & wish we made more. Next time for sure! Am also planning to include this one in my holiday menu. Thanks for sharing Mysterygirl!
