Man this seasoning is out of this world, but a little spicy. It tastes great, but about 30 minutes afterward my butt cheeks were screaming for mercy. I felt like a cross between the Olympic flame and the opening scene from Top Gun where the fighter kicks into afterburner and blazes off the carrier deck. Overall I loved the recipe.

What a great seasoning! I've used it on steaks and burgers and enjoyed them both. Just beware, a little goes a long way, unless you really like a lot of heat on your food! This will definitely be a staple in my spice cabinet!

Really good! My husband barbequed about 1lb of beef steaks and 1lb of pork chops over the weekend, and he used this to season both. It was awesome! He put a bit too much on the steaks, so there was a mounting sensation of heat as we ate, but it was still really good. I'll definitely be making more of this for the summer barbeques. I can't wait to see what it does for plain old ground beef!
