- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir to blend thoroughly. Store in an airtight container. Use 2 to 3 teaspoons per pound of ground beef, turkey, or chicken.
Excellent seasoning! I've used a lot of rubs and seasonings for burgers, this is the best! Even the left over burgers were great! It makes enough that you should have left overs for your next batch of burgers, but put a note on your jar or whatever you keep it in so you know how much to use and don't have to google the recipe, then join food.com so you can review the recipe and warn about noting how much you need for your next batch of burgers :)
Man this seasoning is out of this world, but a little spicy. It tastes great, but about 30 minutes afterward my butt cheeks were screaming for mercy. I felt like a cross between the Olympic flame and the opening scene from Top Gun where the fighter kicks into afterburner and blazes off the carrier deck. Overall I loved the recipe.
