Make and share this Emergency Whipped Cream recipe from Food.com.
- Use a bowl and beater which have been chilled.
- Put the water in first, with the lemon, then the dry milk.
- Beat until fluffy.
- If you want a dessert whip, use fruit juice for the water and add 1 teaspoon vanilla.
- Remember to add 'chill' time.
Really hate to give a poor rating, perhaps is missing something? This did not come out at all for me. I did add the vanilla too, but this just didn't work for me. Love to know what I did wrong. Really wanted this to work.
