• 2 tablespoons cake flour or 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 1⁄2 teaspoon baking powder
• 2 teaspoons cocoa powder
• 1 pinch salt
• 2 tablespoons milk
• 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 teaspoon oil

directions

1. Put it all in a small microwave-safe dish/mug.
2. Microwave for 60 seconds.
3. Turn out onto a plate. Devour.

I think you should increase the cocoa. I used buttermilk and it was moist and fluffy.
