  1. Great dip! Rotel is a staple around this house so I knew this corn dip would be delicious. It makes quite a bit, but it ensures that there will be plenty if you are having a crowd of hungry people over. Easy to make and it uses ingredients that you have readily on hand. Made for PRMR, January, 2013.

  2. Definately found a way to get the DS, to watch a football game, makr this dip and sit in front of the TV. Very addicting as it was gobbled up with some doritoes. Thanks for a great snack during the game. Made for Gimme 5.

  3. I agree, this stuff is addicting. Super simple to make and it was stuff I already had on hand. I added some diced scallions for color. It was nice and creamy, and a little spicy. I will make this often. Made and Reviewed for I Recommend Tag - Thanks! :)

  4. I made a half recipe of this and served it with tortilla chips. I'm not a big fan of raw onions, so I left them out. Good creamy texture with a nice spicy bite from the Ro-tel.

  5. Loved it. I had some company drop in and they devoured it. I divided this into 2 bowls and added some jalapenos to one of them, which added a little more heat for the people who liked more spice. Thanks Dienia for a simple and tasty treat.
