ingredients

• 5 cups diced apples
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 tablespoon flour
• 3⁄4 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1⁄4 cup water
• 1⁄2 cup flour
• 1⁄2 teaspoon baking powder
• 1⁄3 cup sugar
• 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
• 1 egg
• 3 tablespoons butter

directions

1. Arrange apples in a greased 9x13 pan.
2. Combine all ingredients except the butter and drop by spoonful on apples.
3. Drizzle with butter.
4. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
5. Serve with whipped cream.
