      Beat eggs until thick & foamy, add oil, sugar & vanilla & mix. add zucchini & pineapple mix well. Separately mix flour baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, & nutmeg, Add to wet mixture. Stir in nuts & raisins. Pour into 2 greased & floured pans and bake at 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until golden brown.
