The sauce can be used as a dipping sauce for veggies, a spread for crackers and as a topping for baked potatoes or grilled meats.
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 cup sour cream
- 1⁄2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1⁄4 cup chopped scallion
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
- 1 minced elephant garlic clove
- 3 basil leaves
- Mix the ingredients together in a medium bowl.
- Chill and serve.
- Garnish and enjoy!
Delicious! Made as a dipping sauce for recipe#141402 and used it on our taters & veggies also. With that done, we used the rest as a dip for chips. A great all-around recipe and I can't imagine how this was missed by so many out there. TFS
