Years and years ago I clipped this from the Chicago Sun-Times. It is lovely served in stemware. I like to serve it as an appetizer before a special dinner.

  1. Combine wine, sugar, spices, salt.
  2. Blend over low heat, stirring until sugar dissolves.
  3. Stir in orange and lemon juice.
  4. Cool.
  5. Combine fruits with wine and juice mixture and chill.
  6. Serves six.
  7. Cook time is chill time.
