This combination of fruit and chicken is wonderful.
- 750 ml chicken, cooked and diced
- 1 (540 ml) can pineapple, drained and in chunks
- 500 ml strawberries, cut in half
- 250 ml green seedless grapes
- 250 ml celery, sliced
- 125 ml mayonnaise
- 5 ml salt
- 2 ml ground ginger
- Combine chicken, fruit, and vegetables.
- In a small bowl, mix mayonaise, salt, ginger, and pepper. Add this to chicken.
- Toss gently and chill.
