From the Nescafe Cocktail Menu cookbook.
- 1 teaspoon nescafe red mug instant coffee granules
- 2 teaspoons maggi coconut milk powder
- 200 ml chilled milk
- 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 2 tablespoons ice cubes, crushed
- 1⁄2 tablespoon sugar
- 50 ml fresh pineapple juice
- Combine everything in a blender.
- Process until well blended.
- Pour into a serving glass, garnish with a slice of pineapple and serve cold.
