Reviews

  1. I was looking for something quick and easy and here it was. I used the fresh veggies I had on hand. Though I am sure that the frozen would be good too. I always have el pato on hand and it was delicious wrapped up in a tortilla.

Tweaks

  1. I was trying to describe to my girl this dish we used to eat when I was staying in Cali that was so good, and also very quick and inexpensive to make. This is exactly what I was trying to describe minus the addition of the tofu option. So great to find this and make it a new part of our homes menu. Great job and thanks from your follower.
