Loved the spicy flavours in the creamy eggs, the only changes I made were to use a small red chilli and parsley in place of the cilantro/coriander. Thank you Sue Lau, made for ZAAR Stars tag game.

These are very tasty eggs. The flavors are wonderful together. I would never have thought to put ginger in my scrambled eggs but it works so well! I didn't have fresh green peppers on hand so I used some canned jalapenos. Every flavor shines through . . . so yummy!!

Fantastic!! Made a great breakfast, we loved the flavors and it also made a pretty display on the plate. Had weekend company and they all were wowed by this breakfast. Added this to my favorites list! ZWT6

We enjoyed these fresh tasting, flavorful scrambled eggs. We made no modifications to the recipe other than to use 2.5 red serrano peppers. Loved the fresh ginger/cilantro combination. Looked nice on the plate too! We would definitely have this again. Thanks, Sue! Made for ZWT6.

Wow, I really enjoyed this great Scrambled Eggs dish. I went light on the cilantro (to suit my family's less adventureous tastebuds), and it was delicious. But next time, I will go full strength (if not more) with the cilantro, because I think it's one of the things that really complements the rest of the fresh ingredients in this wonderful breakfast dish. Thanks Sue Lau. Made for ZWT #6.
