This is such a wonderful dessert. I couldn't get enough. It is rich in flavor and has a great texture.

This was a wonderful, very sweet dessert which was so simple to prepare, my kind of recipe. I used day-old white bread and served chilled with whipped cream. My family, who won't normally eat bread pudding, enjoyed this very much. I'll definately make this again. Made for ZWT III. Thanks cookiedog for sharing.

This was delicious! I didn't have any good white bread on hand, so I used some Oat Nut bread instead (it was a bit more sturdy than the white bread I had). My honey was crystallized, so I had to warm it up a bit before I could put it on the bread, but that helped it to soak in a little faster. Very rich and sweet, but the heavy cream is a wonderful complement to the sweetness. I didn't actually get to let it chill because it looked and smelled so good that we couldn't wait for it to even cool fully. I'll have to remake this some time when no one is around so I can try it chilled, but I definitely recommend the still-warm version too. Thanks for posting!
