Scrambled eggs cooked into a lightly toasted piece of bread with a cookie cutter center cut out. (Empty in the middle in shape of cookie cutter) GREAT FOR VALENTINE"S DAY, CHRISTMAS, EASTER, AND LITTLE KIDS!

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 eggs, scrambled
  • 1 slice lightly toasted whole grain bread
  • butter or Pam cooking spray


  1. Lightly toast one piece of bread.
  2. Scramble two eggs in a bowl, set aside.
  3. Take a cookie cutter (any shape) and cut out middle of bread.
  4. Put aside the small piece of bread in shape of your cookie cutter.
  5. Heat up pan with butter, PAM, etc.
  6. Place cut-out bread in middle.
  7. Pour eggs into toast.
  8. After 5-8 minutes flip over.
  9. Remove after 5-8 minutes.
  10. Serve with small, cutout bread and sides, (bacon,sausage, etc.).
