I can see this dish making a fabulous breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner! In order to use up our ham, I put shaved pieces in the ramekin, rather than a slice, and I think for ease in eating right out of the ramekin with just a fork, I will continue to do that in future. I used just one extra large egg with only one tablespoon of fat free sour cream and omitted the parsley. My husband and I are so taken with your Mardie's Ham Sauce Nif, that we drizzled it on the cooked ham and eggs, and that took the whole dish over the top.

Quick and easy to put together and the DM thoroughly enjoyed. I only used 1 egg but kept all the other ingredients the same and went with the plain yoghurt option. Thank you Nif, made for Went to Market.

This is so yummy. And just the smell of it was amazing. I'll do it again very soon. I feel like I'm going to eat that very often when I don't know what to eat. Cause it's made in just a few minutes. I used black forest ham. And my homemade fat-free yogurt. I'll have to try with fresh chives cause I don't like parsley. Thanks Nif :) Made for PAC Spring 2010

What a great and simple breakfast dish! I made this as directed except that I used a 4-blend cheese. It was fantastic. Thanks Nif for another keeper. Made for Went to the Market Tag.

just made this and it is very good, I used chopped cooked bacon in place of the ham and I didn't have any green onion so I used a tablespoon of yellow minced, who ever thought microwave eggs could be this good and easy too! this was made for KK's Chef's Pick forum game, thanks Nif!

Goodness, easy and very tasty! Would be very versatile too, I made this successfully as directed, and DH enjoyed his special breakfast very much, but it would be easy to try adding other herbs or seasoning, perhaps some chopped fried onions or diced tomato, a little chilli. I've added before and after photos, as you can see it cooks almost like a baked omelette. Very nice, Nif, thank you!
