Wonderful - I made these with cooked frozen spinich and I used a light version mayo in the sauce... also we used whole wheat bread and it was just wonderful, wonderful and easy !

A tasty and quick way to prepare them! I had served on an English Muffin although I think croissants would be the best choice. Medium was a little to high on my microwave for a single egg so I ended up just pulsing it on and off using full power until done.
