      My mother used to make this recipe when I was a kid - she got it from a Good Housekeeping Egg cook book which is falling apart from age. This is rich and good. She also made it with cooked asparagus, frozen spinach or green beans instead of the broccoli, and sometimes omitted the devilled ham. This is comfort food, as long as you aren't watching your cholesterol.

      I cannot rate or add a review at this time as I have not tried the recipe as yet. However, the ingredients and method sound like a wonderful combination of flavors and I am looking forward to trying it very soon. With dianabanana's other vegetable recommendations I am hard put to decide which to try first as they are all delightful in my opinion.
