    One of the easiest gormet morning meal recipes I know of and so much better than 90% of Dinning Out establishments. I'll post a picture soon after this is published.

      HOLLANDAISE SAUCE PREP:.

      small sauce pan melt 1/4 cup butter low heat.

      small mixing bowl blend 2 egg yokes.

      add 1 table spoon milk to yokes.

      add juice of 1/2 a lemmon to yokes.

      add 1 teaspoon cyane pepper to yokes.

      beat above contents-and set aside.

      EGG POACHING:.

      fill egg poacher with water as manufactures directions.

      add 1 teaspoon vinigar.

      poach eggs.

      HOLLANDAISE SAUCE COMPLETION:.

      add egg yoke blend to melted butter, reduce heat.

      stir constantly till hollandaise sauce thickens.

      ENGLISH MUFFINS:.

      split with fork.

      broil for 3-5 minutes.

      remove muffins from broiler.

      add cheese.
