Another Holiday addition , Haven't tired this recipe but have been told it's very moist and has great flavor.

I decreased the sugar to 1 1/2 cups, and increased the spices quite a bit. It is delicious!

Directions

  1. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
  2. add eggs and blend well.
  3. add EggNog and Pumpkin mix completely.
  4. combine all dry ingredients and mix well with wet ingredients until well blended.
  5. pour into two 9" greased loaf pans.
  6. Bake at 350* for 45 min or until tooth pick comes out clean.
