Great topping for EggNog Bundt Cake.
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons margarine or 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 tablespoons eggnog
- In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients adding enough eggnog for desired consisitency.
This was good. I made it with evaporated milkistead of eggnog since I didnt have any and used to to top a french vanilla bundt cake. yummy.
This made an excellent addition to Pumpkin Bundt Cake II. The recipe was reduced by half and made the perfect amount for the cake.
