Fench toast with a little holiday twist.
- Slice the bread about 3/4 of an inch thick.
- Mix eggs, milk, egg nog, and spices in a large shallow dish.
- Dip each slice of bread and let soak slightly.
- Fry in melted butter until lightly browned.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar and top with fruit or syrup.
