  1. Made this for our cocktail party. I made it a few hours in advance so I could have it ready, but by the time I went to get it ready for serving it was soooooo thick! I'm not sure if it's the difference in ingredients between US and Oz, I'd never even seen vanilla pudding in the supermarket before and we only have one type which I could find. The cream was probably thicker in consistency too. Anyways, it ended up being good as I thinned it 1:3 with milk, so it made three times as much and just as well, as it was really popular! I added rum essence (but I would add more, I ran out) and some caster sugar as it wasn't really sweet enough for me. People were mixing it with their favourite mixer, butterscotch schnapps, baileys, kahlua etc!

  2. My kids wanted a kid friendly nog... and this worked great! Used sugar free pudding... yummy! Thanks for sharing, it was so easy!

  3. I made this last year for our New Years Eve party, I added some Brandy to taste. Everyone at the party really enjoyed this drink, especially since a few of them wouldn't drink the traditional style eggnog with it having raw eggs and all. This was a very good alternative to the original!!

  4. This was very good & very easy. All of it wouldn't fit im the blender, so a put it in a huge mixing bowl & beat it with the mixer. The pudding mix gave it a nice flavour. After sitting in the fridge for a while, it thickened up so much that I had to stir it again. Great for Christmas time. Thanks for posting!

  5. Great present! I gave it away in a nice blue bottle and even the kids could enjoy this really delicious drink.
