• Ingredients: 6
• Yields: 12 1/2 c. servings
• Serves: 12

ingredients

• 6 eggs
• 1 cup sugar
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
• 1 quart light cream
• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons vanilla
• nutmeg

directions

1. Beat eggs & vanilla until light & foamy. Gradually beat in sugar & salt until thick. Stir in cream & chill for a couple hours before serving.
2. Top with fresh ground nutmeg to serve. Awesome!
