Delicious, moist whole grain pancakes for the egg-free family!

  1. Mix together dry ingredients.
  2. In another bowl, mix milk, yogurt, vanilla, and oil.
  3. Put the 2 bowls together, and stir just enough to moisten.
  4. Stir in cooked oatmeal.
  5. Fold in berries (if desired). (You can use frozen berries, just defrost them first.).
  6. Cook on a medium-high griddle, with butter.
