Wonderful ice cream! I substituted whole milk for the half and half. We all loved it! It froze in exactly 20 minutes in my Krups ice cream machine.
This is just the recipe I have been looking for! The ice cream with eggs is good, but sometimes that eggy taste overwelms the simplistic goodness of the ice cream. This is perfect...sweet, creamy and a huge compliment to the cobbler that I served it with. Thanks so much for this winner!...Gina :)
