A rich, moist chocolate cake that does not use eggs.

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Grease and flour 2 8' round cake pans. Line bottom of pan with parchment paper if desired.
  3. Mix dry ingredients together.
  4. Add wet ingredients. Mix until moist and well blended.
  5. Pour batter into prepared cake pans.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until cake springs back when gently touched.
  7. Cool and frost as desired.
