  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Grease and flour 2 8' round cake pans. Line bottom of pan with parchment paper if desired.
  • Mix dry ingredients together.
  • Add wet ingredients. Mix until moist and well blended.
  • Pour batter into prepared cake pans.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes until cake springs back when gently touched.
  • Cool and frost as desired.
