What a fantastic recipe! My son has severe food allergies to eggs & dairy, but loves cooking and eating ;). It's not always easy to find recipes that are dairy/egg free that everyone will like, but when I saw all of the positive reviews I had to try this recipe. We will be making this again and again I'm sure. Thank you so much!!

This is, hands-down, my favorite banana bread recipe that I have found thus far. I have shared it with everyone at work and I have made it probably at least once a month for the past 6 months or so. I came across it when I had some ripe bananas and no eggs, so I searched for an eggless banana bread and found this one. It is SUPER moist, has great flavor, and I use dark chocolate chunks instead of chips. Seriously, the best!!

Great moist egg-free recipe, although I thought it was way too buttery tasting. Next time I make I will cut butter in half or use milk instead of the butter. I didn't add chocolate chips or nuts but I will try with mini-chips sometime. A BIG PLUS is you don't have to use a mixer! I LOVE that everything mixed by hand.

Great! Had only walnuts in a dried fruit mix so took some out, then thought, why not some dried pineapple? A winning combo! Thanks for sharing this:)

I made this as written. I made my own applesauce with 2 apples plus water as needed. http://www.recipezaar.com/recipe/applesauce-395732
I used chocolate chips. Next time, I will use dark chocolate chips. I baked this for about 65 minutes. This is an amazing recipe!

Excellent recipe.....I baked his yesterday night and thought it would be another failed or not so good substitute to egg banana bread..but boy am i shocked its so yummy ...no one can tell it has no eggs. I used this recipe to bake a egg free banana bread for my kid who is allergic to eggs. The recipe holds strong compared to my excellent egg banana bread recipe.Have to recommend this to anyone who doesn't or can't eat eggs...surely try this confidently. i made it following the recipe to the T...but I amgoing to try this now with just all purpose flour..and yes I reduced the sugar to 1/2 cup...as i didn't want it too sweet with excellent results.Yahooo.........

I love this recipe. My boyfriend and I love banana bread, but he is vegetarian and does not eat eggs so usually banana bread is something we dont share together. I have made this recipe several times an its always a big hit. I make them as muffins and they always come out very moist. However, I usually use soy flower and whole wheat flower rather than white.

This recipe was a simple and delicious. The only thing I changed was the amount of vanilla (to 1 teaspoon) and I used 2 bananas. I omitted the last two ingredients. Also, I used 2 mini aluminum loaf pans. Everyone loved it, including me, and I don't usually like banana bread.

I used this recipe because we were out of eggs and used a muffin pan instead of a bread pan. The kids loved their muffins!

Excellent reciepe. We really like a super moist style of bread ( I made these into muffins), and this is really good for that. My wife was very impressed and I earned big points there. Better than a dozen roses!

I have made these several times, as muffins and as bread, and this recipe is the only one I'll use from now on. I use walnuts and a handful of chocolate chips (the little surprise). Thank you for the excellent recipe!

My daughter has an egg allergy and we all enjoy baked goods. This is the best recipe I have found for eggless baking! All five kids love it! I made them three days in a row last week...

Super Yummy! Very moist! I added cinnamon to the bananas when mashing and then on top w/ raw sugar for a crunch. I cooked in an 8x8 sq pan and it was delicious...the best banana bread ever! My son is allergic to eggs so this is a great find for me. Thank you.
