We really enjoyed this drink! We did add a little more Brandy to it, but that was just for personal preference. Thanks Kymmarie!

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 6 egg yolks
  • 2 egg whites
  • 6 tablespoons sugar
  • 4 -6 teaspoons brandy


  1. Beat the egg yolks and whites with an electric mixer until thick and lemon-colored. Add the sugar gradually, continuing to beat.
  2. Use sherbet glasses, and place 1 tsp of brandy in each. Gently spoon the egg mixture over this.
