  1. While pan is heating separate egg whites add pepper and mix.
  2. tear into tiny pieces the slice of turkey and cut 1/4 cup of tomato into small cubes.
  3. Pour olive oil and spread on heated pan in medium heat.
  4. add eggs to pan
  5. once done to taste add turkey and tomato.
  6. fold egg over turkey and tomato.
