- 3 egg whites
- 1⁄4 cup skim milk
- 1 tablespoon skim milk powder
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 1 pinch turmeric
- Beat egg whites lightly with a fork. Stir in milk, milk powder, oil and turmeric, beating until well blended. Stire on covered container for up to one week, refrigerated. Makes 90 mL (slightly over 1/3 cup).
