Can be used to replace 2 or 3 eggs on most recipes.

  1. Beat egg whites lightly with a fork. Stir in milk, milk powder, oil and turmeric, beating until well blended. Stire on covered container for up to one week, refrigerated. Makes 90 mL (slightly over 1/3 cup).
