My version of a classic egg sandwich

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 large eggs (scrambled)
  • 2 slices tomatoes (thick)
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 6 ounces whole milk, dairy

Directions

  1. break egg on a frying pan lightly greased with oil.
  2. add pinch of salt.
  3. remove egg put on bread
  4. add slice the tomato
  5. eat.

Yum! I made this with a fried egg over medium and served on whole wheat bread. Simple and good. Thanks for sharing. Made for I Recommend Tag.

I've now made this 3 times - once with scrambled egg and the other 2 times with a fried egg (once hard fried and the other time soft for a gooey yolk). The have all be enjoyed and made great breakfasts though I did omit the salt and used low fat milk when doing the scrambled egg. Thank You Chef 496361 and 4H Mom for recommending it in I Recommend Tag Game.

I made this very late last night for a snack and it was so good. It hit the spot. The eggs were fluffy and the tomatoes added a nice touch. Thanks for posting.
