I'm apologize, but for me this just tasted like eggs and mayonnaise after trying this as written, I might suggest adding 1 teaspoon of yellow mustard and 1-2 teaspoon(s) of dill pickle juice in place of the lemon juice. Thank you for posting. Made for My 3 Chefs 2008.
