Plain and simple, the way the kids like it.
- 6 eggs
- 1⁄2-3⁄4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon sugar
- Boil eggs for 10 minutes. Immerse in cool water and peel as soon as possible. Dice.
- Mix all together in airtight container. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

This is good. However I should have started with the 3/4 cup instead of the 1/2 cup. I find the 1/2 to be to runny for our personal taste. I was surprised it didn't need any salt. I will make again. Made For PAC 09
