  1. Boil the eggs until they are hardboiled.
  2. Cut them into small pieces and put them into a bowl.
  3. Add the onion, finely chopped, the celery, finely chopped, the mustard powder and mayonnaise into the bowl with the eggs.
  4. Mix until blended.
  5. Chill in the fridge for 2 hours before serving.
