I changed this a bit to reflect what I had on hand, so I won't give stars. Used green onion, dried dill, and dry mustard (1 tsp) instead of prepared. Was worried the mixture would not be enough for 8 eggs, but it was perfect. DH really enjoyed it, thanks for posting.

  1. Stir together the first 7 ingredients in a mixing bowl; gently stir in eggs.
  2. Add more mayonnaise if needed for desired consistency.
  3. Cover and chill 4 hours or up to 2 days.
