A friend shared this recipe with me about a year ago. I have made it several times and it is a hit with my 12 year old son, as well as my husband. Serving the rolls with the sweet chili sauce is a must!

  1. Brown meat, add garlic, soy sauce & ginger, simmer for 5 minutes. Mix together vegetables and add meat, mix well. Follow instructions on the wrappers package & seal edges with egg. Fry for 10 seconds on each side & serve with sweet chili sauce.
